- Purchase Representative Registration
Purchasing representatives for the 137th Canton Fair can pre-register through the Buyer Service System on the Canton Fair official website at buyer.cantonfair.org.cn.
- Chinese personnel of representative offices of overseas enterprises and non-governmental organizations in China
Application period: March 1-March 31Application process:
Step 1: Create or join a representative office Create a representative office in the system, or join an existing representative office. When creating a representative office, you must submit the representative office registration certificate, the identity certificate of the chief representative (Chinese mainland ID card, Hong Kong and Macao return home permit, Taiwan compatriot certificate or foreign passport), and the expense income and expenditure report audited by the accounting firm.
The representative office information will be reviewed every two sessions. You can choose whether to upload the annual report of the representative office approved by the government department: If you choose “No”, you will no longer be allowed to upload this session, and you can only get free certificate quotas; if you choose “Yes” and it is approved by the conference, in addition to the free certificate quota, you can also get paid certificate quotas.
Note: Starting from this session, the representative office needs to upload the expense income and expenditure report audited by the accounting firm. The information of each representative office in this session will be reviewed again.
Step 2: Apply for credentials When applying for credentials, the representative office personnel must submit their ID card, representative card or work certificate issued by the representative office (with the seal of the representative office or the signature of the chief representative), personal ID photo, business card and other personal information.
Each session will be reviewed once. Each representative office can obtain 4 free credentials, which are valid for the entire session. The conference will prepare them in advance and provide free mailing service. The number of paid credentials for the representative office will be allocated according to the number of staff in the annual report of the representative office. The allocation rules are as follows:
The fee for the certificate is RMB 300/day + RMB 50 for the processing fee. After submitting the application, the applicant can choose to pay online or go to the Canton Fair on-site certificate point to pay offline after April 12.
After the payment is completed, the certificate can be obtained at the on-site certificate point with the application QR code or the original ID card. It can be processed across periods.
Certificates that have been used in the hall are not allowed to be refunded, but certificates that have not been used in the hall can be refunded. For certificates paid online, you must apply for a refund online before June 5 this year; for certificates paid offline, you must apply for a refund at the Canton Fair on-site certificate point before May 5 this year.

- Canton Fair Transportation Guide
The address of this Canton Fair : China Import and Export Fair Complex, No. 380, Yuejiang Middle Road, Guangzhou (Area A, B, C, D).
Subway: You can take Subway Line 8 to the Canton Fair Complex. From Exit A of Xingangdong Subway Station, you can reach Area A of the Canton Fair Complex. From Exit A and Exit B of Pazhou Subway Station, you can reach Area B of the Canton Fair Complex. From Exit C of Pazhou Subway Station, walk 300 meters west to Area C of the Canton Fair Complex.
Route: Airport North Station/South Station—Xingangdong/Pazhou Station
Take the North Extension of Subway Line 3 at Airport South Station, go 12 stops to Tiyuxi Road Station, then transfer to Line 3 (toward Panyu Square), go 3 stops to Kecun Station, then transfer to Line 8 (toward Wanshengwei), and get off at Xingangdong Station or Pazhou Station.
Route: Railway Station to Canton Fair Complex
From Guangzhou Railway Station:
Take a taxi: The railway station to Pazhou is about 9 kilometers, and the estimated cost is about 47 yuan.
Take the subway: Take Metro Line 2 at the railway station, and after 7 stations to Changgang Station, transfer to Line 8 and get off at Xingang East Road Station or Pazhou Station.
From Guangzhou East Railway Station:
Take a taxi: The East Station to Pazhou is about 10 kilometers, and the estimated cost is about 32 yuan.
Take the subway: Take the North Extension of Metro Line 3 (Tiyuxi Direction) at the East Station, and after 2 stations to Tiyuxi Station, transfer to Line 3 (Panyu Square Direction), and then transfer to Line 8 (Wanshengwei Direction), and get off at Xingang East Road Station or Pazhou Station.
From Guangzhou South Station:
Take a taxi: The South Station to Pazhou is about 24 kilometers, and the estimated cost is about 70 yuan.
Take the subway: Take Metro Line 2 at the South Station, transfer to Line 8 after Changgang Station, and get off at Xingang East Station or Pazhou Station. The whole journey is expected to take about 1 hour, and the fare is 6 yuan.
Taxi:
Taxis are an important part of Guangzhou’s public transportation. They are convenient and fast. They stop when you raise your hand, and the fare is charged according to the meter.
Warm reminder: Taxis can only pick up and drop off passengers at the taxi pick-up channel on the exhibition center road in Area A of the exhibition hall and the pick-up point on the east side of the exhibition hall in Area C of the exhibition hall. Pick-up and drop-off are not allowed on other sections of the road.

International Procurement Center
Located east of Pazhou Avenue, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, from west to east.
Canton Fair Complex Area A
Enter the underground parking lot from Gate 7, Huizhan West Road, or enter the North Parking Lot from Gate 8, Yuejiang Middle Road.
Canton Fair Complex Area B
Enter the North Square via Gate 2, Yuejiang Middle Road, or choose Huizhan East Road to enter the Northeast Parking Lot.
Canton Fair Complex Area C
Enter the underground parking lot via Gate 12, Huizhan South Third Road, or enter the South Square from Gate 15, Huizhan South Second Road.
Warm reminder:
The parking lot inside the Canton Fair Complex is only open to vehicles with parking permits. Vehicles without parking permits are not allowed to enter.
